|Recommended: YesTermite Swarms Galore, even after multiple treatments. Foundation breaking rotting under building — Price of rent has went up ever year we renew our lease. Termite Swarms nearly every night even after several termite inspections and treatments. Foundation snapping and cracking under the floor, creating uneven unstable flooring, Buildings are old, but still decent living conditions. Decent office staff, parking is okay. Lawn workers are very annoying and keep chopping up all my plants in front of my apartment even after telling them to stop.
